Zenroren and the Joint Struggle Committee for People's Spring Struggle called joint actions on January 21 across Japan. Actions against the Japan Business Federation and other Japanese big businesses that accumulate euonymus amount of internal reserves were organized.
In Tokyo, the Committee and its Tokyo Committee marched in Marunouchi District in central Tokyo where many big company's head offices are located. 600 workers shouted the demands, "we condemn wage-cut attack of Japan Business Federation!" or "Big companies should allocate huge internal reserve for workers". These felt wants echoed round office district.
In front of Japan Business Federation building, Brother Yoshiharu NAKAZAWA, one of representing directors of the Committee, criticized wage-cut attacks of Japanese big businesses while they strike huge amount of profit. He called massive workers' struggle and campaign in this Spring Struggle to make great advance to raise our wage, maintain employment and living standard.
On the same day, Zenroren also organized protest rallies against NTT holding company building or Toyota in major cities as well as Tokyo.
